Eligibility for Refunds
✅ Full Refunds: Available within 30 days of delivery for unused, unwashed items with original tags and packaging.
✅ Partial Refunds: Issued for returned items showing signs of wear or missing tags (case-by-case basis).
❌ Non-Refundable Items: Gift cards, final sale items (marked "No Returns").

How to Request a Refund
Email service@cocfu.com with:

Order number

Product name & reason for return

Photos (if defective/damaged)

We’ll email a prepaid return label (if applicable) and instructions.

Once received, refunds are processed in 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchange Policy
Do You Offer Exchanges?
Yes! Exchanges are free within 14 days of delivery for:

Size/color changes (subject to availability).

Defective/wrong items shipped by us.

We’ll arrange a free replacement or refund immediately.
