At Cocfu, we strive for complete customer satisfaction. If you’re not entirely happy with your purchase, our refund and exchange policy ensures a hassle-free resolution.
Refund Policy
Eligibility for Refunds
✅ Full Refunds: Available within 30 days of delivery for unused, unwashed items with original tags and packaging.
✅ Partial Refunds: Issued for returned items showing signs of wear or missing tags (case-by-case basis).
❌ Non-Refundable Items: Gift cards, final sale items (marked "No Returns").
How to Request a Refund
Email service@cocfu.com with:
Order number
Product name & reason for return
Photos (if defective/damaged)
We’ll email a prepaid return label (if applicable) and instructions.
Once received, refunds are processed in 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchange Policy
Do You Offer Exchanges?
Yes! Exchanges are free within 14 days of delivery for:
Size/color changes (subject to availability).
Defective/wrong items shipped by us.
How to Request an Exchange
Contact service@cocfu.com with:
Order number
Desired replacement details
We’ll guide you through the return process and ship the new item once the original is received.
*Note: Exchanges outside the 14-day window require a new order.*
Damaged or Defective Products
If your item arrives damaged or flawed:
Do not discard the product – we may need photos or proof.
Email service@cocfu.com within 7 days of delivery with:
Order number
Clear photos/videos of the issue
We’ll arrange a free replacement or refund immediately.
Tip: Inspect packages upon delivery and report damage to the courier if visible.
FAQs
Q: How long do refunds take to reflect in my account?
A: 5–7 business days after we process the return (bank processing times may vary).
Q: Can I exchange an item in-store?
A: We currently operate online only. Exchanges must be mailed back.
Q: Who covers return shipping costs?
A: We provide free return labels for defective/wrong items. Otherwise, customers bear return costs unless stated otherwise.
